How do I get out of emotional meltdown?

A lot of the times I get emotional because of things that are happening.

So, I can’t help but be angry or upset, and I’m also in a state of distress.

That means that the rest of my day is really impacted.

I feel like my life is in chaos, but the more I’m in emotional turmoil, the more emotional support I can get from my team.

For me, that’s a relief because I can go home and have a really good cry and have my family out there to watch over me.

So if I’m not getting emotional support and I can feel that I need it, then I’m definitely more likely to get out and play football.

And the more that I get that support, the better I can recover from my emotional problems.

I get emotional when my team loses.

It’s tough.

I don’t want to get into that, but it’s hard for me to handle the emotions and the feelings that I have, so I think it’s important for me and my team to be there for each other.

How can I get myself to relax and get myself out of that emotional state?

When I feel bad, I try to think of myself as the person who’s hurting, and my teammates as the people who are helping me to heal.

When I think about myself in that state, I want to be the one who’s feeling the pain, and then I want everyone to be able to share that pain and know that they can share that with me.

What’s a good way to calm down?

I feel that there’s a lot of stuff going on in the world that’s affecting people and their emotional state, and that I’m just trying to get myself mentally and emotionally to relax.

It’s hard to go out and compete in games because there’s so much pressure.

When you’re going through a tough situation, and you’re feeling down and you don’t know what to do, it’s really hard to take on the challenge.

And then you get on that bus and you realize that you’ve done something right, and there’s still so much to do.

You’ve got to get better at everything.

Is there a way for me, as a person, to help myself to get the help that I can?

Yes, there is.

It is not something that I would choose to do in my life.

I can think of so many things that I want in my body that I feel could help me to get to a better place.

So I’ve been working really hard, but I think that it’s time to get away from all of that.

I’m really grateful for all of my teammates who are there for me.

I think I can do this for myself.

When you’re out there on the field, are you in the mood for anything?

Yes.

When we were playing in Denver, I got emotional and I didn’t know where to put my head and what to say, so they helped me by asking me what I was thinking.

I just wanted to get back to playing.

If I could get out there, what would I like to do?

I would like to stay out there and try to make plays.

I want the whole team to see me go out there with my best effort, and to help my team win games.

That’s all that I really want.

I know that it can be tough, but if we win the game, we’re going to win it.
