A startup wants to help you feel better without buying a bunch of pills

An app called Calm and Fit lets users track their emotional state, and it’s already getting a lot of buzz.

The app, which lets users take a calming and positive mood, lets users get in touch with their “core emotions,” and it lets them see how their body responds to their moods.

The company says that it’s only just beginning to scale, and that it has more to offer.

“There are a lot more questions than answers about emotional health,” cofounder and CEO David Lohr told Recode.

“We’re trying to answer some of those questions.”
