How to identify emotional emotions and the five emotions that count

Emotions are not the same as emotions.

Emotions can be caused by external events, such as the news, or internal events, which can be negative or positive.

Emotional feelings can be a part of us all.

Here are the five most common emotions that you should recognise.

Sad, anxious, irritable and frustrated 1.

Emotion is a feeling of anger, frustration, disappointment, sadness and hopelessness.

It is the feeling of being hurt, humiliated, neglected, forgotten and ignored.

The feeling of sadness can be the feeling that you are alone in the world.

It can be triggered by the actions of others, or by events that happened to you.

You feel anger because you are being wronged.

This can be due to financial troubles, financial instability, a change in your relationship, an illness, a bad health situation, a death, a job loss or even the loss and theft of your car.

You worry about what will happen next.

You have lost hope.

Empathy is the capacity to understand someone else’s feelings.

You empathise with someone else, and when you do, you can understand their feelings.

5.

Insecurity is the inability to feel safe.

You can feel insecure if you feel powerless to change the situation.

This fear of change can prevent you from living your life.

It’s important to realise that you can’t control your own life, but you can control how you live your life and the way you interact with others.

Empathising with your emotions is not a substitute for being in control of your life, so you can learn how to be more in control.

You should be more understanding of the feelings of others if you are going through a difficult period in your life – for example, if you have lost a job, if your marriage has broken up, if someone has taken away a key part of your identity or if you’re in an unhappy relationship.
